Cancellation Policy

Back 2 Balance Massage , Cancellation & No-Show Policy Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To keep that time available to every client, we ask for the following. Cancellations & Rescheduling Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Notice is counted from the start time of your appointment. You can cancel or reschedule by phone at (386) 898-4967 or through your booking confirmation. Late Cancellations Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a $50 fee. No-Shows Not arriving for a scheduled appointment, or arriving too late for the service to be performed, is treated as a no-show and is charged the full price of the service booked. Card on File A valid card is required on file to hold any appointment. Your card is stored securely and is not charged at booking. It is only charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show, as described above. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, we will complete as much of your session as the remaining time allows, and the full service price still applies. This protects the appointment that follows yours. Medical & Emergency Exceptions We understand that illness, medical emergencies, and unforeseen circumstances happen. In these situations, the fee may be waived at our discretion. Each client may also request a one-time waiver of a late cancellation or no-show fee for a genuine emergency. Please contact us as soon as you are able so we can note your file and, where possible, offer your time to someone on our waitlist. Changes Initiated by Us If we ever need to reschedule your appointment, you will never be charged a fee, and we will offer you priority rebooking. Memberships & Packages Missed appointments within a membership or package are subject to the same policy. Membership sessions do not roll over and are not refunded for late cancellations or no-shows. Agreement By booking an appointment, you agree to this policy.
